The effect of Loatheb lasts for 2 turns when you use Time Warp in wild. Played a 10 mana Time Warp for fun as I was losing a friendly game, and my spells were still +5 on my extra turn.

Just messing around in a friendly battle, trying Quest Mech Mage. I had already lost, but thought I’d play the 10 mana Time Warp for fun and see what I draw. My spells on my extra turn were still +5 cost from Loatheb, despite it being a new turn.
